Biography of DJ Gavinha

• Gavinha started his trajectory in the entertainment market as a promoter in the South of Brazil in the mid 90's, promoting concept events and cutting edge trends.

• It was in 2001, after meeting Ibiza, that his passion for music and clublife brightened his path as a DJ.

• In 2013 he received the M.E.B Award - The Best of Brazilian Electronic Music - as one of the outstanding artists who contributed to the growth of e-music in Brazil.

• His professional career was a pioneer and through his production company - Nightlife Entertainment - he had the opportunity to work with big names in international House Music and the best nightclubs in South America, performing tours by renowned labels such as: Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Buddha Bar, Hotel Costes, Studio 54, Gatecrasher, Amnesia Ibiza, Xtravaganza, Defected, Soul Heaven, Café Del Mar, Subliminal, among others of the kind.

• Currently Gavinha lives between Asia and Europe, and his focus as a DJ is on soundscape design work for luxury brands in the segment hospitality/F&B/nightlife as well as tailor-made productions in collaboration with major international DJs/producers and musicians.
